Wendy Doris is a badass creative and an expert at flipping houses. Her Instagram persona “flippin wendy” attests to all of the above. Her book: “Shut up and flip a house already – A guide to help you shit or get off the pot.” is essentially a guide to house flipping and is a great resource for anyone interested in starting in that field.
Wendy is also very passionate about renovation design. She developed a design business through sharing her journey of flipping on Instagram.
